The song from Eminem, Lose Yourself, emphasises a big event and only having one chance to make the most of the opportunity presented to you… It is one of my favourite motivational songs and it always gets me pumped up before a race, I hope it does the same for you!

This week is all about OPPORTUNITY for me as I head to Fina World Masters Swimming Championships in Riccione, Italy.
